What to Expect

We begin every appointment with a full evaluation of your dog’s skin, coat, ears, nails, overall health, and behavior to ensure the most comfortable grooming experience, with your input always valued. Grooming sessions typically take 1–4 hours depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, behavior, and the style requested. Dogs are dropped off in the morning, and we’ll notify you as soon as your pet is ready. Each dog is lovingly hand-washed twice using carefully researched, pH-balanced shampoos and conditioners selected specifically for their coat type—safe for puppies and adults alike, and beautifully scented. Our professional styling includes breed-specific cuts, and we’re always happy to accommodate special requests.

What to Bring

Proof of all vaccinations can be emailed beforehand or uploaded online. No pets are allowed on the property without proof of vaccinations.
Your dog’s leash and collar or harness or an enclosed carrier.
Soft, clean bedding is already provided.

Cancellation Policy

72 hours prior to boarding check in
7 days prior to boarding check in during holidays and peak seasons
24 hours for grooming appointments
No Show grooming and boarding reservations will be charged the entire amount for their reservation
Early check-outs with 48 hours notice will only be charged for the night of the pick-up day, however early check-outs with no notice will be charged for the remainder of their stay

Do you pick up or deliver pets?

Depends upon staffing availability; call for availability and pricing. Yes, we can pick up from local airports.

What vaccinations are required?

Please see information below.

Is flea control required?

Yes, we require all pets be on flea control at the facility. If a pet is found to have fleas, we will require a flea bath, Capstar and a package of flea control be purchased and applied to the pet at owners’ expense. We do carry Vectra and Catego at the facility if you need flea control.

Vaccination Requirements

We require flea control to be current on all pets. Please bring proof of current vaccinations or have your vet email it to us at: info@creeksidepetboarding.com.
PROOF OF VACCINATIONS IS ESSENTIAL BEFORE YOUR PET’S VISIT.

Required for Dogs

Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, Rabies

Veterinarians also recommend Canine Influenza Virus Vaccine (CIV) and Leptosporosis Vaccine.

Required for Cats

FVRCP, Rabies

Veterinarians also recommend FeLV vaccine. Vaccinations should be given 5 to 10 days prior to boarding.
